How to Get Voice Support?

This is a guide to getting voice support in the TheySix Discord.

Requesting voice support

To get voice support, you need to create a ticket in #🆘╏support. Then mention that you would like to be helped via voice channel. A staff member will respond and may ask you to join a voice channel for further assistance.

Once you are in the server, you can request voice support by following these steps:

• Create a ticket in #🆘╏support.
• Provide a brief description of the issue you are experiencing. Along with enough proof such as screenshots, screen recordings, schematic (.litematic , .schematic , .nbt).
• Mention that you would like to be helped via voice channel.
• Wait for a staff member to respond and ask you to join a voice channel.
• Not all staff members are able to provide voice support, so be mindful in case they cannot assist you in this way.

If you are unable to get voice support, you can still receive assistance through text chat in the ticket.

Approved voice support

But, if you were approved to get voice support, you will have to wait patiently in #📒╏Waiting Room.

Then they will transfer you to #🎧╏Support™. Where you will to sharescreen the entire process.

Please be patient while waiting for a response, as staff members may be assisting other members at the same time.
