Using TheySix Support
What to collect before opening a ticket and which TheySix support category matches your issue.
Edit this article ↗TheySix Support is intended for real farm, server, and community issues. Do not create tickets just to test the system; misuse can result in moderation action. Choose the closest ticket category and include enough technical detail for the support team to reproduce the problem.
Prepare this information
- State whether you are playing Java Edition or Bedrock Edition.
- Say whether the world is singleplayer or multiplayer.
- List any mods, add-ons, or plugins.
- Provide the farm's tutorial or YouTube link.
- Describe exactly what is going wrong and when it happens.
- Attach a screenshot or video. For advanced problems, include a world download or schematic if possible.
Ticket categories
- Java Farm: help with Java farms and farm mechanics.
- Bedrock Farm: help with Bedrock farms and Bedrock-specific behavior.
- Report a Bug: server bugs, glitches, exploits, or technical issues.
- Report a Person: rule-breaking, griefing, stealing, harassment, or other misconduct; provide evidence.
- Partnership: collaboration requests from creators, community leaders, or brands. TheySix does not accept partnership tickets from Minecraft servers.
Common answers
A Bedrock farm not working on a multiplayer server may be affected by the server software or configuration. Ask the server staff whether it is a Java or Bedrock server, then use the matching support category; using a Bedrock client does not change the server edition.
If you do not know what DN means, find the Download Number in the video's description and run /dn followed by that number in the bot channel. The bot will return the associated world and schematic archive links.
If you are not sure whether a farm is Java or Bedrock, check the tutorial video description or ask the creator. If you cannot find that information, use the Java Farm category; the support team can help identify the edition.
Ticket expectations
Here is a list of questions to ask yourself before opening a ticket, to help you gather the information the support team needs to help you.
- What edition of Minecraft are you using? (Java or Bedrock)
- Is the world singleplayer or multiplayer? If multiplayer, what server software is it running?
- What version of Minecraft are you using?
- What mods, add-ons, or plugins are installed?
- What farm are you trying to use, and where is the tutorial? If you have a Download Number, include it.
- What exactly is going wrong, and when does it happen?
- Do you have screenshots, videos, schematic, or world downloads to show the problem? If so, attach them to the ticket.
